- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
2.Combine the butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
